Celebrate The 4th Of July With A BBQ Feast

The 4th of July is a date to celebrate the independence of the United States, and what better way to do it than with a delicious barbecue?

Ingredients:

• 1 kilogram of pork ribs

• 1/2 cup of apple cider vinegar

• 1/4 cup of tomato sauce

• 2 tablespoons of honey

• 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard

• 1 tablespoon of paprika

• 1 teaspoon of garlic powder

• 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder

• Salt and pepper to taste

Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 160°C (320°F).

2. In a large bowl, mix the apple cider vinegar, tomato sauce, honey, Dijon mustard, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

3. Place the pork ribs on a baking tray and pour the sauce mixture over them. Make sure the ribs are well covered.

4. Cover the tray with aluminum foil and bake for 2 hours.

5. Remove the aluminum foil and bake for 30 more minutes, or until the ribs are tender and the sauce has thickened.

6. Serve the hot ribs with your favorite sides, such as coleslaw, mac and cheese, or baked potatoes.

Tips:

• You can marinate the ribs overnight for an even more intense flavor.

• You can also cook the ribs on the grill or in a slow cooker.
