Each day write on a small piece of paper, one thing for which you are grateful (a), fold it, and in a glass container, add it.
At the end of 2022, review them all and thank them. Empty the container and do the exercise again for 2023.
You can also look at them, when you are in moments of sadness or you feel lost, take out several of the papers at random, that will help you remember moments of gratitude and your energy will change.
Always choose to see things differently, in a positive way and you will see changes in your life.
Remember, you have had wonderful moments and others of much learning, only you choose what energy to give them, with what emotion you connect them.
